Yes, even without your own stand, there are various ways to showcase your brand at Babini. These include, for example, talks as part of the supporting programme, such as live talks or masterclasses, as well as native integrations such as product placements, goodie bags, flyer distribution or bespoke sponsorship opportunities.

As a general rule, the earlier we receive your booking, the better we can accommodate your preferred stand location.
Bookings received up to one month before the trade fair can be included in the exhibition guide and other publications. Later bookings may be accepted depending on hall capacity, but cannot be included in all publications.
Please also allow sufficient lead time for additional bookings, such as electricity or stand furniture, if required.
This package includes a listing in the exhibitor directory and general hall security. It also includes a certain number of complimentary tickets (up to 6 m² = 4 complimentary tickets / from 9 m² = 8 complimentary tickets / from 20 m² = 10 complimentary tickets).
This fee covers on-site waste disposal from the time of set-up through the duration of the event until dismantling; it must be paid by each exhibitor and is non-discountable. Bulky waste and similar items are not included in this flat-rate fee.
Once you have registered, you will receive an invoice for a 50% deposit, which is payable immediately.
The remaining 50% will be invoiced separately and must be paid no later than three months before the start of the trade fair.
For registrations made three months or less before the start of the trade fair, the full participation fee will be invoiced.

Once you have registered, you will be granted access to our online portal approximately three months before the event. There, you can update your company and exhibition details at any time.
You will also find all the relevant information regarding the event schedule and services. Furthermore, you can book additional services and download free tickets and exhibitor passes.
Your exhibition stand is your brand’s calling card and can be customised to reflect your own corporate identity. It is important to present your products clearly and effectively, and to create a stand that really catches the eye.
The Mila walls included in the stand construction can be customised with bespoke graphics on request.

With its subsidiaries FLEET Education Events and CE Chefs Events, the company – founded in 2006 – designs and delivers consumer and business events such as Babini (formerly BABYWELT) and eat&style, specialist events such as the W3+ Fair, and educational congresses including DSLK, ÖSLK, DKLK, ÖKLK, DALK and DILK.
